1. Service Description
dukung.in is a privacy-first gifting platform that enables fans to send physical gifts to content creators without exposing the creator's shipping address. We act as a trusted middleman handling procurement and delivery.
2. Platform Fee
dukung.in charges a 5% service fee on each transaction. This covers procurement, shipping coordination, and platform maintenance. The fee is calculated server-side and displayed to the buyer before payment.
3. Creator Responsibilities
Creators must provide a valid shipping address and confirm receipt of gifts within 14 days. Failure to confirm may result in automatic resolution and reputation penalties. Creators are expected to maintain honest wishlist items with accurate pricing.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
By purchasing a gift, you authorize dukung.in to procure and deliver the item on your behalf. All payments are final. Refunds are only issued if the item cannot be procured or delivered.
5. Reputation System
Creators start with a 100% reputation score. Points are added for confirming receipts (+5) and posting unboxings (+3). Points are deducted for slow responses (-2), nudges (-3), and auto-resolution (-1).
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use dukung.in for illegal activities, money laundering, or to circumvent any laws. We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate these terms.
